this is NOT a remote position. 

We are looking to find a content editor ASAP… but it comes with some specifics. [please read] .

someone that can help take RAW content videos and then MASH them up to fit our vibes. 

We don't necessarily need a new face in FRONT of the camera, so don't let that scare you. We would be excited to have more of a BEHIND the scenes camera individual to capture things naturally. 

essentially, someone who truly enjoys the background part of the gig + thriving behind a computer/camera.

We are eager to find someone with experience in content EDITING programs that comes ready to dive in. 

We would like your resume to have social media know-how and the willingness to stay up to date with changing algorithms to increase our reach. 

It would be a DREAM to find someone that is also analytics savvy and appreciates data reports to understand what is working +

where we need to absolutely pivot - if you consider yourself a “NERD” in the department - *** pretty PLEASE APPLY.

We will start off with direction for content - but it is our WISH to find someone CREATIVE enough to bring ideas to the table also.

AUTHENTIC + unique is important to us… and we will require that you stay away from AI in the CONTENT department completely We have areas that AI can be applied but our actual content creatives are not it. 

We look forward to training someone well enough to take the reins + thrive… and once trained it will be upmost important to us to hire someone eager to take complete responsibility in their work. We love a good IDEA toss around meeting + then you are organized enough to execute without us holding hands. 

good things take time. we get that. but we will require someone capable of staying on tasks/projects that create value while having the ability to identify which projects may eat up too much time without any payoff and absolutely avoid those.

while we are OPEN to all experience levels + would train the right person from scratch, BUT basic content knowledge will be required.

[HOURS] M-F 9-4 are our normal office hours - & we would like to start out with someone who wants PART time with the plans to move FULL time within 1-6 months or "as ready"... We are also open to starting FULL TIME for the right resume [aka someone that wants additional marketing content duties] .

• + more as we build our brand

WE NEED availability MON - THURS right now - so if you have those days OPEN for at least a 4 hour shift - we would LOVE to consider ya.

POSITION Duties INCLUDE:

[ Order Processing ] - pulling orders from the shelves - packing then shipping out - you will GET YOUR STEPS IN for sure! Attention to detail and ability to follow a line item check list is a must.

[ Stocking ] - moving inventory from shipment boxes onto pulling location shelves - we need NEAT and TIDY!

[ Inventory ] - Counting & Transferring stock - occasionally doing cycle counts to keep us in tip top shape!

[ Upkeep ] - we have light cleaning duties to keep your workplace in order - sweep / break down boxes ext.

REQUIRED:

- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs

- Ability to stand + walk for a 4 - 6 hour shift.
