RULES OF THE FLY. 

MSRP

MSRP = Manufacture Suggested Retail Pricing. You are required to AT LEAST double your wholesale price for 30 days before discounting. PLEASE NOTE by purchasing these products you agree to sell at MSRP online and in store. We ENCOURAGE you to charge MORE than double but charging any less than DOUBLE in the 30 day time frame will be an automatic termination of your account. If you feel that another retailer is NOT following our guidelines please report them using our CLAIM FORM. 

PRE-SELLING

WE DO NOT hold responsibility for merchandise you have PRE-SOLD to customers and we can not FULFILL. Mistakes with your order can happen, and while we do our best to quickly resolve order mix ups - we can not expedite due to PRE-SOLD circumstances. Please use caution when practicing this type of business. While we allow it, we do not encourage it. This rule can be changed at any time if we feel like the pre-order method is decreasing the value of the brand. 

PHOTO USAGE

we allow our retailers to use our professional photos. However, we require that the 2 FLY LOGO and all watermarks remain intact. If you are in violation of removing our logo from our photos, we reserve the right to deactivate your account without notice. We also ENCOURAGE you to restyle our products and take your own branded photos! If you choose, you can right click on photos on our website and save them. 

ORDER MINIMUM

$100 - if you are in need of a special order item for a customer as a RESTOCK and have already previously purchased 4 of that item, we will accept orders below that minimum by phone or email and can only be pushed through by our team as approved. 

FINAL SALE

Products reduced to SALE prices are FINAL SALE. Please read ALL descriptions as you will not have the option to return or exchange these items. IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED, we will consider a refund. 

ZIP CODE PROTECTION

Our brand [2 FLY CO] does NOT offer zip code protection.

FREE SHIP OVER $750

we will ONLY provide FREE GROUND SHIPPING with UPS on orders over $750 - if you select NEXT DAY AIR and do not call to pay the difference in pricing - we will not honor your premium selection. USE CODE: over750 at checkout MUST BE ENTERED BEFORE CHECKING OUT we will not be able to refund for code not applied. 

RETURNS

we charge a 30% RESTOCKING FEE and return shipping costs will be paid BY CUSTOMER. Must be APPROVED prior to shipping item(s) back to warehouse. For approval please fill our our CLAIM FORM.

EXCHANGES 

Stock will NOT be held for exchanges. 30% RESTOCKING FEE + ALL additional shipping charges paid for by customer. MUST be approved prior to sending item(s) back to warehouse. For approval please fill out our CLAIM FORM. 

MISSING

If you order is missing items ALL MISSING ITEM CLAIMS must be placed within 7 days of receiving your order [we will determine the date you received the order by using the tracking number]. ALL claims submitted after the 7 days will be declined. Please double and triple check your order before submitting a claim for missing items. 

DAMAGES

we stand behind our products. LET'S FIX IT. ALL damage claims will nee to have a photo attached for review. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS of RECEIVING THE ORDER [we will determine your delivery day by using the tracking number on the order]. ALL damage claims submitted after the 7 days will be declined. We ask that you look over all inventory immediately upon receiving. The following guidelines are set for our claims representative: A. Replacement items sent if we were able to [based on current inventory] and current items kept for disposal. B. x%  discount given via store credit for product deemed still able to be sold at discount. C. full store credit issued on products that are deemed NON sellable. [option C.] could require further proof that these items were disposed of properly and not sold at a discount. We also hold the right to send return shipping label to obtain these damages for our own disposal and can hold store credit until these goods are received. 

RIGHT TO REFUSE

2 FLY CO. holds the right to refuse business to anyone. This includes, but is not limited to, NOT abiding by laws set forth for RESELL PERMITS, TAX ID numbers, or running business in a way that could effect the success of our BRAND. 

AUTHENTICITY

We require a photo copy of your RESELLERS permit given to you by your STATE. Your Name and Business Name on the document must MATCH the name of the account created with 2 FLY CO. We hold the right to inspect and research the authenticity of all documents you provide. 

RETAIL

2 FLY CO. holds the right to sell our merchandise at RETAIL prices. Will we do this? probably not - BUT we would like to keep the option available for products that need to move. RETAILERS carrying our line will always take TOP priority and we will ensure there is not a conflict of interest here before proceeding. 

DESIGNS

We hold TRADEMARKS on ALL of our intellectual property and will protect our brand with legal action AT ALL TIMES.  2 FLY CO is a trademarked brand.
